The Synchro-Coupling Fracture and its Dynamics

The possibility of velocity changing in earth rotation may drive the construction movement,and the reason and evidence of the velocity changing in earth rotation are discussed in this paper. It is put forward that the different value of inertia power is one of the main factor to drive the block. The distributing regularity of the structure along latitude and longitude shows that the relationship between the structures of latitude and longitude is coupling. The synchrocoupling fracture and its formation are controlled by the velocity changing of earth rotation,and the concept of synchrocoupling fracture and its structure formation has been discussed in this paper also.
