In the paper, some analysis is described with regard to the experiment results of the large capacity solid state image recorder in space application. To advance the reliability and integration level of the recorder system, we present the modified design of the DRAM controller based on ispLSI devices. We describe the procedure of the logic design based on ispLSI devices and ISP Synario System in detail. Furthermore, we present the emulation results of the controller through Personal Computer.
