A MULTI-INDEXES DYNAMIC WEIGHT FUZZY MODEL FOR SEQUENTIAL DECISION OF WATER RESOURCES AND ITS APPLICATION

In order to overcome the shortcoming of stable weight in optimal model for multi-stage of water resources,a new multi-objective dynamic weight fuzzy model for sequential decision of water resources was presented, a new opinion on the weight about its dynamic and changeable character was advanced in this model. And a method named subjective and objective connection was used to get the dynamic weight of each stage. In the end, this model was applied to choose the appropriate irrigation mode in chanals and wells irrigation district,the results provedits practicability and rationality.
