Evaluation Method of Urban Residential Land Potentiality Based on Cloud Model and Evidence Distance

Traditional methods have many subjective factors,evaluation process numerous lock,cannot completely solve the problem of significant uncertainty and fuzziness in evaluation process,and make the completely objective assessment become difficult.In order to solve these problems,this paper puts forward an evaluation method,which uses the cloud model to evaluate residential land potential,the positive cloud generator to unify dimension,the evidence distance to fuse weight given by experts,and determines the level of residential land potential through the X-condition cloud generator.Examples show that the method is feasible and evaluation results are objective and accurate.
