A new FEISTEL-like cipher scheme

This paper deals with RSA and DES cipher concerning the advantages in algorithm and the disadvantages in security are also shown and proposes a new cipher encryption scheme,which is based on FEISTEL architecture and key distribution used by RSA.The new scheme changes the stationary key,makes the flexible key by means of stream cipher algorithm,and enhances the algorithm of the left and right part.This scheme,which is characterized by one-time padding mode,will be rather difficult for cryptanalyzer to attain a large amount of plaintext and ciphertext data and will resist differential cryptanalysis and linear cryptanalysis better.This new cipher encryption scheme is of high-level security.
