With regard to the fuzzy multiple attribute decision making problems,in which the information about attribute weights are known completely and the attribute values are in the form of triangular fuzzy number,a decision making method based on grey correlation analysis is proposed. In this method, the correlation coefficients between each alternative with positive ideal point and negative ideal point are calculated. Then the weighted gray correlations between each alternative with positive ideal point and negative ideal point are obtained. At last, taking into account the risk preference of decision maker, the alternatives are ranked through gray comprehensive correlation degree. The decision making can be adjusted through changing the weights according to the different risk preference of decision maker. It will meet the real situation. An case study is shown that this method is feasible and effective.
