Radar simulative training system is a large and complicated system,a reasonable effectiveness evaluation is very important for the purchase and application of the army.This paper introduces the theory of cloud model,simply induces each index system of radar simulation training system,performs the effectiveness evaluation to this kind of radar simulation training system by using the cloud gravity center theory in the cloud theory,and makes a definite adjustment to the normalized method of the theory index,finally proves the feasibility of the method through application.
