Linear analysis of the PN junction as a temperature sensor

When the current through the PN junction is constant and the temperature rises,the positive volt reduces.According to the analysis of the variation of the positive volt,a linear formula is given.In the course,the formula of PN junction as a sensor is corrected on the basis of the variation of the width of the semiconductor forbidden with temperature.The experiment results prove that the error reduces.
