YIG Frequency-measuring Circuit and Its Compensation Technology

In order to realize the automation of YIG frequency measurement,a YIG frequency-measuring circuit controlled by computer is designed.Aiming at the effect of non-linear factor in YIG frequency-measuring circuit and hysteresis phenomenon of the magnetic materials on the accuracy of the frequency measurement,some software compensation methods,are presented.The measured results of a specific YIG frequency-measuring circuit indicate that the software compesation methods can meet the requirement of the measuring accuracy.
