Operational Effectiveness Evaluation of Radar Network with Logic Gates

Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) has its defects in operational effectiveness evaluation of radar network.In order to study the effect of important index of the sub-levels in radar network system on the overall effectiveness,the logic gate method was introduced to aggregate the indexes.A comprehensive model about the combat capability evaluation factors based on logic gate is presented.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used for radar network's effectiveness evaluation.An example proved that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model with logic gate is feasible,which provides a method for evaluate the system reasonably.
