One of the legal significance of authorship is clearly the right of ownership of works,maintenance works of a particular style of writing.Someone else's infringement as a new form of infringement,with such basic characteristics as formal legitimacy,subjective intentional nature,the specific violations and concealed acts of objects,its essence is that the unknown name of a particular subject or signed(with the famous author's name or signature identical) to take that well-known author's name or signature publication,publishing,copying,selling works of violations.Elements of bogus copyright infringement,include damages to well-known writer,the fact that the existence of the right to object against the well-known writer,hidden external false and bogus intentional acts,etc.The existing legal system copyright infringement relief is undistributed.only by establishing and perfecting the copyright registration system,enriching the existing copyright laws,increasing specific accompanying obligations the signature of the author can we effectively prevent the occurrence of false violations,prevent well-known writer's signature from being fraudulent,stimulate creative enthusiasm and creative potential into full play.
