An Exploration into the Model of Success-degree Evaluation of Technical Transformation Projects Based on Artificial Neural Network

This paper applies the technical method of Artificial Neural Network(ANN) to the success-degree evaluation of engineering projects for the first time. The authors adopt Forward Feedback Network and Back-Propagation and develop a evaluation model. This model is economical and efficient, and overcomes the subjectivit in decision-making for such projects.
