Yuqing Wang · Acta Scientiarum Naturalium Universitatis Neimongol · 2005
Traditional large libraries are changing into the digital libraries now,but it is difficult for a traditional system to ensure the efficiency and quality of development. So the design and development of a digital library based on UML are proposed. The new system applies many models of UML with object-oriented analysis and object-oriented designs into the construction of digital libraries. It can speed up the development, improve the quality of codes, support the requirements of dynamic business and integrate the information resources of traditional libraries conveniently.
