A NEW METHOD FOR FINDING THE GREATEST COMMON DIVISOR OF TWO POLYNOMIAL MATRICES

In this paper a new method for finding the greatest common divisor and the coprime parts of two polynomial matrices is presented. This method is based on the realization of elementary operations on the polynomial matrix by its coefficient matrices.
