The Discussion about Processes of Designing Web Page Based on the Web Standards

With the popularity and development of the World Wide Web,page layout and style become more and more rich and complex,the old mode of the layout can no longer meet their needs.A new page layout mode-CSS + DIV Web page layout,has become a trend.In this paper,the author introduces this new page layout mode and explains the production processes and methods of it in detail by using an example of a small business home page.
