Crystal Structure of a New Anti-hypertension Drug DDPH

1-(2, 6-Dimethylphenoxy )-2-(3, 4-dimethoxyphenylethylamiro ) propane hydrochoride(DDPH) is a new drug for anti-hypertension. The crystal of (±)DDPH belongs to the spacegroup DDPH crystallizes in the space group P212121 with The crystal structures were determined by X-ray diffraction. After structurerefinement using least-Squares methed, the final R factors of (±)DDPH and (+) DDPH are0.080 and 0.074 respectively.
