A Spindles Positioning System Used Multi-antenna RFID Reader Based on IOT Technology

In spinning industry,it is needed to acquire and analyze the location based information of spindles. Using the RFID technology is a way to meet the needs. Classical RFID reader has only one antenna,it just reads one electronic tag once in one read-write cycle. In order to achieve a special RFID reader,which can read multiple electronic tags in one read-write cycle,a multi-antenna RFID reader system is designed. The architecture of the system is described. In the description,the number of coils in the RFID reader,identification distances between coils of RFID reader and electronic tags,and the switching time are discussed. To meet the data transmission requirements,an interface is constructed as middleware based upon WebServices. And the realization of the model of the interface is described in detail. RFID system integration based on WebServices can provide a loosely coupled way to enterprises for their internal and external information exchanges.
