In order to develop each section of the information management system to coordinate,to share the resources together,we need construct and run each section by the same standard.Higher Education Management Information is the only standard about education information.As years goes by,it probably will be carried out as a national standard.To understand correctly and carry on it effectively,which can guide the colleges to build its own information standard system, will be an inevitable job for information construction.
