The Internet of Things is the net extended from the internet which touches upon people to the one touch upon things. It realizes the interactive within human, computer and goods. The application of the Internet of Things in public security management becomes more and more wide, and it promotes the level of management, and proposes severe challenges to social order at the same time. The government should establish the dominant position in the process of the application and development of the Internet of Things, and build the highly intelligent public security prevention and control system, which includes the accident monitoring and prevention system, urban comprehensive management system and identification control system, etc.
