Over-long,incomplete,and multi-delivered papers have caused many difficulties for our journal editing and printing.It not only wastes manpower,material resources,but also time and energy.R lowers the speed of editing and the quality of the journal.Therefore,these exiting problems haw to be solved.This paper offers some suggestions on how to solve the above-mentioned problems.
