Hydraulic Fracturing Results Prediction Using Expert System

The hydraulic fracturing results of production is usually affected by the conditions of fractured reservoir,the production situation of fracturing well and its conterminous well and the fracturing operation parameters,and this leads to difficulties in predicting the hydraulic fracturing results.This paper analyzed lots of fracturing results and discovered that the important factors of fracturing results is the depth of fractured formation,effective thickness,permeability and other nine factors.The main factors were treated as the data of the expert data base.We established the membership function and differentiate the dividing line of it,and we established the predictive method which applies the expert system to predict the hydraulic fracturing results of oil wells.Using the established expert system to calculate 300 groups of test data in Jilin oil field and the prediction error rate is only 4.0%.The prediction proves that the predictions are accurate,and can provide guidance for oil wells fracturing optimization.
