Adaptive Energy-efficient MAC Protocol Based on Mine Wireless Sensor Networks

The main reasons for energy waste in the WSN(wireless sensor network) weve discussed,combined with the actual underground environment,a MAC protocol that was feasible engineering for WSN was proposed.Power control mechanism was introduced in the protocol,the RTS,CTS,DATA and ACK frame weve to be sent by different power of appropriate.A adaptive switching RTS/CTS mechanism was proposed to reduce the energy consumption of the WSN.Simulation shows that the MAC protocol can achieve the desired effects.
