With the continuous development of Internet/Intranet, network technology has been becoming the principal aspect of modera informational technology. The exploitation of applying Internt/Intranet technology to data base application system software, develop the clients based on commection(JDBC)/ C/S mode under the management software for databank system. Will came the safety problem of data base. Three measures are promoted, including install intercritical heat-treatm ent, graded management, Limitation of Applet.
