Consideration about the Seismic Alarm System Arisen by 5·12 Earthquake

This paper introduces the physical principles,the related theories,the components and the evaluation system of the seismic alarm system,analyzes the present situation of domestic and foreign researches on the seismic alarm system,and advances the idea for establishing Chinese seismic alarm system from four components of the seismic alarm system.
