The mining spares management is the important composition part of mining enterprise information management. The article is coming from the reality of mining enterprise and combining theories to develop management information system of mining spares based on the three-layer module of C/S. The major module of system includes basic data maintenance,spares stock transaction processing,spares stock transaction query and spares stock information statistics etc. functional module,it basically realized the main function of mining spares management and can supply certain help for mining enterprise.
