On the Problems of the Tort of the Hypertext Link in the Utilization of Electronic Resources

The improper use of the hypertext link would involve the problem of infringing the intellectual property right of the linkers. This paper analyzes on the problems of the tort of the hypertext link in utilizing the electronic resources, and advances some corresponding measures.
