Non-uniform filterbank based on perceptual model

A non-uniform filterbank based on weighted overlap-add method and short-time allpass transformation is proposed,which incorporates a perceptual model of the human auditory system and can be implemented in real-time.Simulation shows the non-uniform filterbank has approximate Bark-scaled frequency resolution and can reconstruct signals well.
