UF32 Flash Programming Method Based on U-ISP

This paper presents a solution which can conquer reading instability lead by the high voltage on Flash memory array,it is for Freescale UF32 Flash memory In System Program(ISP) of Flash memory in user mode.The method follows modularization thought and encapsulation principle in embedded software engineering,designs universal erase and program subroutines.Example proves that this method resolves the stability problem of Flash memory in system program,and has strong universal property and expediently programming.
