Study on Reasonable Usage of Modern Technology in College Physical Education Teaching

The integration of modern information technology with physical education teaching has significant meaning on accelerating the modernization of physical education and training the innovative sport talented.This paper studied the application of tennis courseware in teaching practice.Through introduction of modern educational technology in physical training,the practice showed the feasibility of multimedia technology in tennis teaching and its advantages in improving teaching effect and quality.
