SCA programming model, due to its loose coupling, location transparency and protocol-independent, is more and more attracting with its good respond to changing business processes. Based on a detailed study of the status of SCA service development and management combined with the networking of distributed application environment, This article analyzes the shortcomings of the current system and develops a system for a single service generation, the generation of composite service based on STP, and the service component management aimed at resolving the complicated process of developing SCA services, and inefficiencies. The Services Generation and Management System a applied to a distributed environment. In order to expand SCA to meet the responsive requirement of the Internet of Things, the system uses Actors programming model to implement the generation function of composite service based on event.
