RFID is a stable and reliable automatic identification technique.It can realize contactless intercommunication utilizing radio frequency.It also can detect,track,manage a variety of items fast and easily.The laboratory management system composed of the electric tags,reader and writer,computer management system can collect the information of equipment,track and dynamicly manage equipment.It greatly improves efficiency.This paper introduces the basic principle of RFID and the structure of laboratory equipment management system.
