Design and Research on 10 kV Pulse Standard Divider

The design of resistance-capacitance voltage divider with the ratio of 1 000 ∶1 is stated in detail.The voltage division theory is analyzed.Suitable values of resistors and capacitors are applied.Structure of divider is set up reasonably.The voltage ratio is calibrated with standard voltage source and data acquisition and processing system,and the expended uncertainty is 0.216%.
