Analysis on Capital Operation of MT(Machine-translation) Industry

Aiming at the technical problems of Machine Translation (MT) to different languages had been brought up nearly one hundred years. MT is not only knowledge-technology-intensive industry, but also capital-management-intensive industry with bottle-neck problems. Presently, capital issue has become one of the biggest problems for the development of our country's MT industry. To resolve it needs to handle problems of financing, administration and scale-up of capital, classification of market and internationalization. On the research on strategies of financing and technology capitalization in our MT industry to put forward the Capital-leaded Strategy in MT industry, with the mode of finance and stock-holding system reform supporting our MT and facilitate the development of MT industry are explored.
