According to the practical and special requirements in telecom general settlement system,the monitoring technology on agent-based is presented,combining the advantages of C/S,B/S and the features of agent.It ensures the reliability and stability of telecom general settlement system and improves the maintenance staff ' s holding ability of large settlement system.
