The article analyzes the risk factors of network planning of construction schedule,establishes corresponding grading system.According to the characteristic of network plan-ning system,it also creates a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model by combining profes-sional evaluating and AHP method.Through example computation and analysis,the system is proven to be superior through analysis and calculations.
