Design of a wide band and small step frequency synthesizer using multi-loop technology

To meet the requirements of wide band and small step,the frequency synthesizer based on multi-loop technology is analysed and researched.The frequency synthesizer using DDS+PLL technology is introduced in contrast to conventional single locked loop technique,the output frequency is 10~13 GHz,the frequency step is 10KHz,the phase noise is-92 dBc/Hz @1KHz and the spurious suppression ratio is-68 dBc.It can meet the needs of project practically.
