Knowledge Expression and Chained Evolution Reasoning of Emergencies Based on SWRL

Knowledge expression and evolution reasoning problems of emergency chain couldn't be resolved effectively by probability reasoning.Disaster chain evolution mechanism was analyzed with an example of earthquakes disaster chain.Through the definition of atomic events with minimum size,uncertainty reasoning was transformed into certainty reasoning.The technologies of ontology,SWRL and Jess were combined to build a chained evolution reasoning mechanism of emergencies based on SWRL.The disaster chain ontology was constructed with the atomic events and hazard-affected body elements.With the core reasoning elements of input/output state attributes of the hazard-affected body,the trigger atom rules based on SWRL between atomic events were extracted and constructed.The effectiveness of this method was proved with an experiment.
