When abnormality occurs sometimes while an airborne radar altimeter is measuring height, we need to combine information of real terrain with environment factor to identify where abnormity occurs. Terrain information of test area organized by spatial geographical information system (GIS) is used to run the radar signal analysis, with the support of Global Positioning System(GPS) and Inertial Navigation System (INS), the wave of radar altimeter is simulated by organizing and analyzing three dimensional terrain information inside the radar beam and the parameter of analytic result can be used for analysis of the data error obtained from the radar altimeter.
