Design of Nand and Nor logic gates based on RTD

RTD (resonant tunneling diode) is a novel quantum device,the Nand and Nor logic gates which are designed based on RTD consist of the complete set of logic functions and have simplier structure,higher operation freguency and lower power dissipation,they can be as the basic logic units to accomplish the design of RTD combinational logic circuits.
