Expert system tools is designed and framework of the tools is presented,which employing object-frame based knowledge representation and inference mechanism.Realization method of the tools in windows system withVC++ and ACCESS database is proposed.Special fault diagnosis expert system could be constructed by building different access database using knowledge management system of the tools.Special fault diagnosis expert systems constructed by the tools is now being used in different systems successfully.The result shows the method is feasible and the expert system tools is effective.
