Research of PLC’s Control Methods for Z3040 drilling Machines Simulative Circuit

The paper introduced the methods which transform the teaching equipment of Z3040 drilling machines simulative circuit by using the programmable logical controller( PLC),briefly explain the application of S7-200 series in the system,and analyzed the work process which controlled the milling machine with PLC,including PLC type choice、distributing address of I/O、 I/O port wiring diagram and PLC Control the procedure and so on links design methods.
