framework can be considered as a kind of half-finished software.It is very efficient to explore software with the existed framework technology.Based on the analysis of two commonly-used frames Struts and Hibernate in the field of Java Web,the paper adaptes them to the exploration of the managing system of the process of its realization in layers.
