Target evaluation is the foundation of the target distribution. Target evaluation based on complex network can reflect the target self attribute and system network architecture. The target value is divided into the intrinsic value and system value base on the networked structure of air power system,the evaluation model of attributes value was established by fuzzy partial ordering relation,connection key degree and redundance degree of node was defined,gave out the arithmetic flow.Through the case analysis,show that the target selection method is effectively.
