Study of Construction Technology for Asphalt Pavement Double Layer Paving Based on Flow Line Technique

In order to coordinate double paver and two sets of batch transportation system,double laying technology of asphalt pavement has the higher request for construction organization design.Based on characteristics and difficulties of construction,with flow method as the theoretical foundation,this paper systematically designs the double deck paving asphalt pavement construction organization.Through the study of continuous paving conditions,the production matching plan of mixture mixing station is worked out,the principle calculation and formula of carrier number are put forward,and transport vehicle is configurated reasonably.According to the basic principle of network method,operation flow method and the low of continuously paving,the construction network diagram and progress chart are drawn.Above results are all verified in the entity project implementation process.
