[Objective] To describe the characteristics of distribution of incidence date of acute cerebrovascular disease,in order to provide reference for prevention of the disease and allocation of medical resources for hospitals.[Methods]The incidence information of all the patients with acute cerebrovascular disease from a certain hospital was collected from July 2007 to June 2010,and the methods of circular distribution were used to analyze the characteristics of the disease.[Results]According to the results of circular distribution, the incidence of both acute cerebral hemorrhage and acute cerebral thrombosis had the seasonal central trend(P0.01).The peak of incidence of acute cerebral infarction was alternating fall and winter season, acute intracerebral hemorrhage occurred in the middle of winter;the two diseases had relatively weak central tendency of the season, the peaks of the span were both close to 8 months.[Conclusion]The incidence of both acute cerebral hemorrhage and acute cerebral thrombosis has the seasonal central trend, but the seasonal central trend is relatively weak.
