Design of RF wide-band power amplifier

In view of the characteristic and demands of SDR,a RF wide-band power amplifier is designed.Firstly,stability is judged.The matching network of input and output is designed according to S-parameters method,the matching network of input and output is simulated and optimized.All measurement results agree highly with design request.
