The best asymptotic constant of generalized Feller operators

Applying the probabilistic methods and tools,especially the Chebyshev inequality,Lebesgue dominated convergence theorem and the central limited theorem,the best asymptotic constant of generalized Feller operators was obtained,and so some new operators were done.
