The New Features of Journal Academic Misconduct and Countermeasures under the Digitization Situation

Digitization is one of the major features of present journal,developing trend and inevitable market choice.Under this condition,there appear new features of academic misconduct,namely: diversification of forms;concealment of means;complication of persons;difficulty for discrimination.Five corresponding measures are given against these new academic misconduct,namely: improve the editor’s quality;fulfill the duties of the editorial board;set the severe punishment rules;establish information sharing platform;reflect on the existing evaluation models.
