There are many impediment factors in the process of information system construction of commercial banking in our country while taking great achievements.The construction of strategy structure model of information system construction may increase the development in this kind,and then improve its approach performance.The FA may give reliable certification for this model,and find many actual problems in the process of information system approach of our commercial banking.
