Based on the basic characteristic of water resources management, using the mutual management method between person and computer as well as the geography information sys-tem(GIS), the functions of the Laixi water resources management system with a good interface are realized, therefore, an efficient technological support system to standardize water resources management program and realize the information systematization construction for regional water resources management is provided.
